Hi I’m Dan Hall. A fitness instructor, passionate and educated about your health and well-being. For many years I have been using my personally tested and scientifically researched methods to help you achieve your goals. My mission is to strengthen your confidence both physically and mentally.
I believe there was no other job for me. I am here to help you and that is what makes me tick! I am one of four brothers who all have captained squads at semi and professional level sports. Healthy Living, Exercise and furthering myself and others is in my blood. Mix that in with working 2 years in the Care Industry, allows me to empathise with every client, see your true potential and then unlock that potential!
Having studied Physical Education at A Level, I then proceeded to Southampton University to get my Degree in Sport (Bsc). After travelling, working and living abroad, I returned to England in need of a Knee Reconstruction (one of many setbacks!). This is what led me to work in Care until I switched back to the Fitness industry and back on track to help you!

My ethos is to improve Mental and Physical Health through Strength Training. I am inspired everyday by all those I help, who have the desire to better themselves. I myself train with an effective and efficient approach to increase all elements of my personal fitness. I eat to supply my body with the Macro and Micronutrients it needs to thrive. All of this whilst living a fun and social life!
